Manor Farmhouse comprises of three buildings. The main farmhouse is a traditional 15th Century thatched timber framed property with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests along with 2 other characterful properties: Stable Cottage with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests and The Barn with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 guests which also contains the Sauna, library, billiards room and upstairs cinema room.
Situated in the midst of the charming village of Milstead, nestled between the Church of St Mary and the Holy Cross, the Manor House and the village cricket green. Only three miles from the town of Sittingbourne. Faversham is close by and a little further takes you to the popular coastal town of Whitstable and the cathedral city of Canterbury. This area of the north downs which is classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is also known as the Garden of England.
Manor Farmhouse is approached through electronic gates into a large courtyard around which are arranged The Farmhouse, Stable Cottage and The Barn. Within the Barn can be found a billiard room with snooker and pool balls, a library and sauna. On the first floor is a cinema room seating 18 with a large HD 47" flat screen smart TV with HD freeview which is WiFi enabled allowing sycnhronisation with ipad and mobile devices, great for sharing photos etc. Also provided are Sony Blu Ray player, PS3 with selection of games, Stereo.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool set within a sunken walled garden (heated between 1 May and 30 September). The property has beautifully landscaped gardens with a water feature and views to the village cricket pitch and adjacent orchards.

Features for Manor Farmhouse - Thatched roof. Both the drawing room and dining room have solid oak flooring and exposed beams. Three cast iron wood burners in Dining and Drawing rooms add to the relaxed atmosphere.

Manor Farmhouse comprises: Entrance hall, drawing room with two fireplaces with wood-burning stoves and large inglenook.
The main staircase to the first floor leads from the drawing room.

The kitchen/breakfast room with small table seating 6 has an oil-fired cast iron antique range, and to the rear, a seating area and a door leads outside.
A secondary staircase leads to the first floor: Landing, master bedroom with 5' double bed, with en-suite bathroom with corner bath.

The Barn comprises: Ground Floor: Hall, dining area seating 6. Doors lead to the library which in turn leads to the billiards room.
There are two shower/changing rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room with utility area, a double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed with sauna, study with door leading to the deck.
Opposite the main reception hall are another set of doors leading to the main decked area with garden furniture.
First floor: Double bedroom with 5' double bed, single bedroom with 3'4'' single bed, bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
